The Challenge
Wade Puryear was launching The Wellness Collective, a group of independent therapists, coaches, and consultants serving Richmond and Southside Virginia, with telehealth statewide and coaching nationwide. He had a brand in hand but nothing behind it: no website, no way for prospective clients to book, no way to take payment, and no system to capture and follow up with leads. The site had to speak to several audiences at once (individuals and families seeking therapy, professionals seeking coaching, organizations seeking consulting, and clinicians considering joining), sell the practice's guides, and establish the credibility people look for online before they ever reach out. All of it from zero.

Our Solution
Tegrity built the practice's entire digital presence from the ground up. We designed and developed a fully custom WordPress site around the collective's existing brand, with every section editable in-house so the team never needs a developer for updates. The build includes dedicated pages for each service line, a filterable clinician directory with individual profiles, a Join the Collective recruiting page, a resources library, and a WooCommerce storefront delivering guides as instant digital downloads. We then stood up the operations behind it on Tegrity Connect: a CRM that captures and tracks every inquiry, an integrated booking calendar so clients can schedule directly, payment processing, and the automations that tie them together. Underneath it sits a technical SEO foundation: unique, keyword-targeted titles and meta descriptions on every page, structured data, a clean XML sitemap, performance tuning, and a Search Console launch with priority pages queued for indexing on day one.
